Cerelle - bleeding!

Hey all I just had my first baby 4 months ago. I have had a period about 2 weeks ago which was my first since the birth. The. I started the pill a week and half ago but have had bleeding ever since. I used to take cerelle and had very light occasional bleeding but not as consistently as this. How long should I just put up with this for before seeking advice? Is it because I've had a baby that this is happening?

I'm sorry I don't have any answers for you but I am completely in the same boat. I was on the pill for like 18 months and never really had a period. Maybe the odd spotting here and there. But I ran out of pills and couldn't get a drs appt in time so went like 3 days without. Been back on them a month and I have been heavy bleeding the whole time; ughh when will it end?!?!!!!

Oh I know it absolutely sucks!! It's not really really heavy but still a steady enough level that is making me just want to stop taking it altogether!

They advise to give new contraception 3 months to settle.

I am taking rigevidon. You take 21 days and have 7 day break. The first pack was fine had the break, the second pack I lightly bled the whole way through had the break then no bleeding. The third pack my boobs killed, and I had constant pelvic cramps. I'm currently coming to the end of pack 4 and fingers crossed I've been absolutely fine this time.

The doctor will tell.you though that it takes 3 months to settle and bleeding is the most common side effect
