I've recently been having a few issues with my vag. What started out as what I believe to be thrush has turned into something out of nightmares. It's so uncomfortable and I don't know what to do.. I've been with the same partner for 7 years and neither of us have been anywhere else so I know it's not an sti/std. I've grown little lumps in my private area and when I say in...I mean inside! 😫

Had this for 17years but never had these symptoms until last month. Cant go to work cause to sore to sit. Have suffered vaginal athrophy and sex has been off the menu as painful. But this is unbearable. Any advice. Im 41.
