Full time job worn out tired constantly

Is it just me or do others struggle working full time???I do 7am to 4pm five days a week and apart from cook tea walk dog wash up empty bins and maybe sort a laundry loads out I get a bath and am in bed by 8pm absolutely knackered!!!I have a 17 year old but he mainly sorts himself apart from his laundry he doesn't contribute to chores but I don't need to sort him just feed him lol I spend sat sun morning cleaning and the afternoons napping!!!

I noticed this and being young I actually went to the doctors, turned out I was anaemic! If you’re feeling really tired all the time and shattered, I would suggest maybe changing your diet or going to the docs, always worth getting a check in case your iron or vitamins a bit low! But that’s because being in my 20’s Hence why I was worried.

Ditto and do wonder if it is an 'age' thing. I also have a teenage son.

But I am not a good sleeper - on the rare occasion I manage to sleep through, I feel a lot brighter and energetic the following day.

Maybe worth having some bloods taken though....
