Bleeding randomly 6 months after Mirena insertion

Evening,

I have been having severe cramping all day just went for a bath and had a big bleed!

I had the Mirena inserted 1st August and only had light bleeding once a month. Not had anything for over a month now so thinking it's not my period.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
