How long does it take for the implant / implanon to wear off after removal?

Hi guys, I've been trying to find out how long it takes for the implant or implanon to leave the body system. I've googled it but keep getting different answers and have no time at the moment to go see a doctor.

So basically my question is, do you know how long it take to be able to conceive after having the implant / implanon removed?

Thank you in advance!Grin

You can get pregnant immediately if you're due to ovulate. When taking it out they advise you to use another form on contraception immediately. My friend was pregnant sometime in the four days between having it removed and going on the pill.

That said, some people take a month or two to come back to a normal cycle.

Took about 3/4 months for my periods to regulate but you can ovulate almost immediately after so there is a chance you can conceive straight away.
