Vaginal mass!! Help!

I'm 29, 2 children born both by csection, ages 10 and 7, tubal clamps put on after last child, so it began where I thought I met had retained a tampon. My husband and I both went looking for it oh there was nothing there. Then two days later I was sitting on the bed with him and I started to feel as if there was a tampon that wasn't inserted all the way and I was like maybe I could get it out so I went to get it out and about 2 and 1/2 in inside the vagina opening I found a mass on the front side of my vagina wall. Then there was increased pain increase vaginal discharge with no odor and the pressure never went away I also was unable to make a bowel movement and only urinating once maybe twice a day. There was no burning when urinating no itching. I did have some vaginal bleeding for about 4 days. Then the mass continued to descend and is covering the opening of my vagina. It is visible when spreading the lips apart in a semi sitting position. Now if I Bear Down and protrudes about a centimeter and a half outside of the opening. And due to insurance I'm having to wait another two weeks to see an OBGYN so I had to decide to do to the pain to go to the ER the first time they gave me a urine analysis and a pelvic x-ray. Sent me home with supposed bladder infection and I was not in fact even though unable to make a bowel movement for a month. The next day I went to a different ER because the pain had continued and this is when we noticed it was actually coming out as I Bear Down. They did an ultrasound and a pelvic exam. But during the pelvic exam he did not push upwards towards the top wall he actually pushed down toward my rectum. I tried to show him what I was talking about but he did not want to even look at 8 or a picture of it he was very rude. This time I was told I have bacterial vaginosis which I had noticed symptoms a day or so before. But that does not explain the mass or the pressure or the pain. And I'm not prolapsed. But in a laying position he was unable to see it. Has anyone else had any of these symptoms I have spent the last two weeks researching everything on the internet that I could find to even come close to this. And it's not a smooth round bulge either it's more fleshy and Ridgid and it's at light pink color no white spots

See you gp /nurse and insist on being examined standing up as I was told this gives a better indication of a prolapse.

Anterior vaginal wall prolapse.

Bearing down will make it pop out if it's that way inclined. Also needs to be looked at standing up, can disappear without gravity.

If you are constipated and bearing down more than usual it might be worse

I'm no medic but had similar issues following having children.

Definitely sounds like a prolapse. If it's getting worse when you're bearing down try putting your fingers in and pushing back on the mass to see if it helps.
I have a prolapse both sides - lovely doctor told me I have a flappy bladder and I have one in my bum too. When I need to poo, the wall is weak so it sort of pushes into my vagina. It can feel worse when I stand up if I haven't evacuated properly and I have to push it back the right way once I'm sitting on the loo and then I can go okay.
It sounds like you need to see someone who's a bit more experienced in this sort of thing. If doc is no good see another.
Hope you get something sorted soon, with my problem it's not the worst thing in the world and eating properly and not getting constipated certainly helps.

Sounds like a prolapse as others say. I have bladder, bowel and uterine prolapse. It doesn't really bother me at all to be honest but when I first realised I completely freaked out.

I went to two ER in 2 days and I had men both times and neither one of them take the time to even look and I said the same thing to my husband about not doing the proper exams. And I wouldn't say I'm constipated I'm just unable to have a bowel movement I rarely have an urge and I don't strain when I have bowel movement. Which for me normally is every two to three days. But it has been a month since I have had a bowel movement. But it is not a smooth round Mass either

I've been in the medical field for 11 years and I also have my EMT license and I am all about researching to the full extent problems with my vajayjay the nurse had said something about me being educated in my issue like she was surprised yet the doctors treated me like I had no medical knowledge at all

It's not awful is it but when they tell you it's a jaw dropping moment! I wasn't even 30 when I found out

You haven't had a bowel movement for one month? That's a medical emergency in itself.
The impacted stool can cause your intestines to enlarge so significantly that they press on the organs and lead to a heart attack.
Are you in the States?

Yes I am in the US. And they did xray and I am not impacted.. i have no symptoms of being impacted. Just have no urge to go either.

@FatandSassy you explained it very well. Yes it's a huge shock to begin with. I felt broken and old. It took months for me to realise I could actually live my normal life and everything would be OK.

@SallyWD me too! Found out before my 5th child. I had two after that... it didn't get worse thankfully but they offered me surgery to make it better. Sounded utterly horrendous so I never went through with it. I'd rather live with it. No one else needs to know, so I'm okay with it for now. Meno scares me because of the implications but hopefully it'll be fine.

Went to 0bgyn she said everything is normal and that my urethra at my vigina opening is absolutely normal. I don't know a single person that that is normal for

I would recommend an Upright MRI. It is the best tool to show Pelvic contents' prolapse. You will be standing during the scan and we will ask you to bear down a little each time we take an image.

I’ve got a bladder prolapse as well and it’s as you describe (don’t have the poo problem though, that’s alarming!). The stuck tampon feeling has completely gone from doing pelvic floor exercises- well worth seeing a women’s health physio if you can. You could also try a ring pessary (I use one for running to prop things back up!). Physio has made things so much better for me.
