Period: How much bleeding is too much?

Hi everyone. I gave birth 7 months ago and my periods came back at about 3 months PP (despite ebf). They’ve been really heavy the last few months and I’m bleeding 15ml every 1.5hours.
Is this TOO much? It seems like a lot

Are u having to change your sanitary protection more often than what's normal? Hourly or two hourly is a heavy flow. Are you having to change it over night?
