Pimples on cervix :s

Hello lovely ladies looking for some advice/reassurance?!

So when I was feeling/checking for coil strings I have just noticed what I can only describe as like pimples or spots around my cervix. Not in anyway painful but I'm a little freaked out by this.

I'm in my 30's no kids, obviously I'm going ring the drs in the morning but obviously I'm thinking the worst!

Anyone else had this? Is it anything serious or am I over panicking :(

I have these, too. When I asked during a smear test the nurse said they were ‘normal’. I’ll be interested to read other replies, but don’t think that you need to worry.

My last smear was 2 years ago this month so not due one yet. I've never noticed or had any nurse/dr mention them previously so I was panicked. I'll get an appointment for my own sanity still but i won't insist on it being urgent.
