Hair loss

Hi
I had my daughter 4months a go & all of a sudden my hair is falling out in big clumps.
I know this can happen to some women but it is panicking me.
Anyone got any advice on what I can do to help reduce the hair loss?

It is very normal. I lost loads after the birth of dd and would find it everywhere. It will stop - eventually

Make sure you’re getting enough protein and iron and brush gently starting from the tips first.
