Kegel8?

So having been referred to a physiotherapist and been doing pelvic floor exercises religiously for years, I am noticing no difference. I have tried the aquacones, still no change.

The GP has now said the only option is to have "the operation", although I have no idea what this entails and he won't refer me unless I agree to go ahead with it!!

So, I am thinking of trying the "heavy duty" version of the kegel8 but at £150, I would really like to hear from women who have had real success from it.
