Just wondering if anyone else gets this. I have PCOS so my periods are irregular at best. The week before Christmas I got my usual pre-period symptoms - spots, greasy hair, and was doubled over with period pains - but no period has appeared. I know you can have bleeds when you have anovulatory cycles but can you get cycles where you get some of the hormonal symptoms but don't bleed?
(I'm definitely not pregnant - we're using protection and I've done a test to rule out the off chance of condom failure)
