12 days late and aching all over

Usually have regular periods. 26-29 day cycle. Over the past year there have been a few times I’ve been over a week late (39 days) but period has always started.

I’m now 12 days late (42 days). For the past few days I’ve been aching all over, I have very sore breasts and had period like cramps a few days ago.

I did a test a week and a half ago and it came back negative. I genuinely don’t think I’m pregnant.

A few weeks ago when I was half way through my cycle I had bad cramps, never had that before, on the rare time I do get cramps it’s right before my period starts.

Anyone ever had this before? I will call my GP tomorrow but worried it could be something worse?

Have you done another pregnancy test since the last one? If not it might be worth it just to rule out ectopic pregnancy.

Do you have any other symptoms?

Hello, spoke to my friend who is a nurse and she said the same, take another test. Took one and it turns out I am actually pregnant! Around 6 weeks. All the symptoms therefore seemed to be linked to pregnancy.
