Wondering if anyone else has ever been through the same I've not had time to go to the doctors yet. So I had a normal period 18th of October was due on again 18th of November and it never came a few days later I had slight spotting now and again which turned into light bleeding only when wiping swapping from red to brown I'm usually heavy when I'm on my period so I know it's definitely not my actual period. 26 days late so far and just this annoying constant bleeding that doesn't even require a tampon. Any ideas? I'm only 27 & have 4 children youngest being 3 if that's any help. No contraception other than condoms

There are all kinds of non-sinister things this could be including benign fibroids or endometreoisis (can't spell it!) but you really need to make an appointment with your GP asap.

Well I booked the doctors on Tuesday but that morning the bleeding had typically almost stopped completely. Went anyway was booked in with the nurse, she dipped my urine & said I've got a kidney infection & that the two are related, I'm not convinced they're two completely different organs 🙄 anyway the bleeding has stopped completely & im on antibiotics for this kidney infection I had no symptoms of 🙄😂

Hmm.do you have any of the following :

Unexplained weight loss.
Constant fatigue.
Swollen leg.
Loss of appetite or feeling full all the time.
Pain in the pelvis or abdominal area. Ongoing abdominal pain or discomfort — including gas, indigestion, pressure, bloating and cramps
A bloated belly.
Constantly needing bathroom breaks. Persistent indigestion or nausea.

Those are additional symptoms of gynaecological cancer (additional to the bleeding, which you already have). As PP said, chances are it's benign, but you do need to get checked by an actual doctor, even if you have none of the other symptoms, because any one of them for over two weeks needs checking ASAP.

Remember, having one or more of these symptoms doesn’t mean you have cancer. But it's better to be safe than sorry.
