only one period since giving birth

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?
I gave birth 3 months ago on 17th Sept 2018, my last period was on 10th November and now nothing on 15th Dec.
I havent had sex since the birth so definitely not pregnant and baby is formula fed
Should I be worried?

Don't worry it can take a while to get back into a proper cycle again and it might be a while til they are regular again x
