What could be the cause of this weird month?

So my period was 8 days late. I started spotting a tiny amount on 1st December then my period came full flow on 2nd December then ended on the 5th December. I had a day break and had some tiny spotting again on the 7th December.

Then I had spotting on the 11th December and again this morning 13th December. This is very unusual for me. I have had sex twice this month but it's not even mid cycle for me yet and my cycles are 32 days and this is very unusual for me so I'm concerned what this can be. Pregnancy tests have been negative. Any ideas what could be going on

All possibilities could include, hormone changes/ stress/ hormonal contraceptives/pregnancy
