I had what I thought was an ingrown hair on my pubic area. It initially was swollen to a lump about the size of a grape then subsided.
It's not swollen now but keeps scabbing over and then bleeding/ pus in a cycle (sorry, not pleasant!). This has been going on since August and I've tried creams, antibiotics, loose clothes. I've not seen a doctor as am too embarrassed.
Has anyone had similar? I know I should probably see someone but my rationale is it's in an awkward place and being irritated by clothing. It's been quite a while now though.
