Over-the-counter pessary for cystocele?

I'm waiting for an appt to see a gynae and get a pessary hopefully. It's taking ages and I feel so debilitated. Can you recommend anything I can get over-the-counter please? I don't suffer incontinence so it's for the dragging ache. Thanks

So sorry you’re suffering, that’s not great. I hope you get a gynae appointment very soon, mine came through within a fortnight so do chase it up if you can.

I have no idea if there’s something you can get over the counter. I had rectocele and cyctocele and had been using one of those pelvic toners but it didn’t do much. If you go on You Tube, there’s Australian You Tuber who is a pelvic floor physio and her exercises did help me, although in the end I had surgery.

You need to be measured and fitted for one by having an internal exam so no, you can't buy OTT.
