Has anyone with endometriosis had a mirena cool removed due to low libido

Just wondering what your experiences are. My mirena has totally transformed my life but ruined my libido - from what I considered healthy to total zero. I was previously very broody but that has completely gone. I'm in my 40s now and happily child free but am wondering if this is artificial somehow. Endometriosis ruined my life but I'm so tempted to get my coil removed as I don't know what's 'me' and what is the coil. The clock is obviously ticking so I want to know: has anyone gone through this and do you have any insights to share?

I don’t have endometriosis but I have the mirena and have noticed a non existent libido (am 30 and it was fitted a few years ago).

I have endo and it has also changed my life but yes I noticed a definite dip in my libido. I'm keeping the coil though!

@SciFiScream
This is the thing. I read all the threads and news articles about endo and I was definitely at the severe end (had more than just the coil fitted). It reminds me of how bad it was (you forget! There would probably be no siblings if people remember the pain of birth I'm guessing). But I can't shake the feeling that I'm artificially content being child free and I'll kick myself once meno hits. I've been on umpteen pills and know they affected my thoughts about this sort of thing. I know no one who has gone through this so hoping someone can shed some light.
