I’ve been a regular sufferer of BV for years so I know when I’ve got it, but this time feels different. I haven’t had sex since early August but I’ve been having thrush symptoms since Thursday (I was on antibiotics for a chest infection last week) and BV symptoms at the same time!
I have the classic thrush itch and the classic BV smell, but my discharge yesterday was orange. 
That’s never happened before. If I press down in my suprapubic region, it hurts. I had a smear on 16th October and am still awaiting results. Any suggestions?
