Cycle problems - keep being told there's nothing wrong

For as long as I can remember I've had messed up periods - from 153 day cycles to bleeding every other week with bouts of breakthrough bleeding. I've tracked my cycle on an app since 2011 and I'm 100% certain that I rarely ovulate. Throughout this time I visited my old doctor who did blood tests, told me I was fine and that was that. I struggled to conceive my DD for years and eventually fell pregnant the first month of using Soy Isoflavones which triggered ovulation.

DD is 11 months now and I'm not ttc but I've been bleeding every other week again. Went to my new doctors, had more blood tests - again, everything is normal, no further action needed.

The doctor did put me on the mini pill which I didn't really want as I didn't want to take contraception (not been on it since 2010 when I had problems with the implant and never fell pregnant between 2010-2017). The pill has stopped the bleeding but it hasn't really got to the bottom of the problem - just masked it until we ttc DC2.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? If I wasn't planning another DC in the future, I don't think I'd care but I'm fed up of being told nothing is wrong with me when there quite obviously is.
