Im so confused!

Hi, im new here so hopefully posted in the right bit!

I need some help if that's ok?
im 26 my partner is 36.
We've been TTC for a year now was on the implant.

My periods were irregular then I went regular for about 3 months.

I literally have been waiting for my period to turn up I was on cycle day 69... Until yesterday when I had pink when I wiped and then a gush of brown today.
Sorry if tmi.

My doctor won't even help me I just get lectured on how much lovemaking we do!

What can I do? It doesn't feel right to me.
And with no help from my doctor's I feel like im stuck
I've took lots of tests and all are no's
I haven't taken one for about a month but as I've missed two periods now im just going to assume im not lol

Has anyone else had anything like this?

I think firstly you should change doctor.

When did you go to the DR? Today, after the gush of brown?

Could you try monitoring your temperature through your cycle, and using ovulation sticks, so at least you'd find out if you are ovulating? I had a machine to test the ovulation sticks and it worked well so that I could confirm I was ovulating. It might be a start?

They won't even see me I have to tell the receptionist what's wrong with me as the doctors im at haven't appointments for weeks on end and then I get told I can have a phone conversation so I ring them and I get made to feel like im wasting time 😞
