The injection

Hello,

I was due to have my injection end of May, beginning of June but I decided to stop having it. Since then my body hasn't had any normal lady matters (I know I'm not pregnant)
I've been checking my hormones by using ovulation tests (see photos) but still no sign of Mother Nature
Any advise would be very help on what can I do to try kick start it a bit

My periods took over a year to return after coming off the injection! It was a pain. I wasn't trying to get pregnant but (this may sounds odd) I just had a weird feeling that I needed to bleed. You can still get pregnant though but your periods will take a while to get going again.

I have had some spotting so think my cycles will be back soon hopefully but thank you for your input it has helped ease my worries
