Thrush

I've just used the Canesten pessary for what I believe is a case of thrush. I've got no itching or discharge but I just feel very sore quite deep inside. It's been a long time since I've had thrush, can anyone remind me if that is a symptom?

If so, how long does it usually take for the pessary to kick in? This is very uncomfortable!

Thank you!

The leaflet that came with it will tell you all you need to know. And, no, deep pain was not a symptom for me. Ring 111 for advice or go to the GP.
