Should I be concerned? (Period related)

I had my first period in 3 years last month. It lasted like a normal period. I haven't had a period this month though and now wondering why I had that one last month.

I'm on the mini pill and breastfeeding. I did have periods on the mini pill before, but none since having my dtwins.

Do you thing there is reason for concern?

I don't know about the mini pill but sounds about right for breastfeeding. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about! Get a GP appt if it reassures you but I wouldn't think it's anything other than your hormones readjusting post partum
