Pelvic prolapse after childbirth

Had my dd 5 weeks ago- first baby. I had a vacuum delivery and episiotomy. Since having her I've felt a dragging and heavy sensation in my pelvis. I've also got pain in my hips and back so went to see physio and they didn't examine me down below as I'm not yet 6 weeks post partum. But she feels very sure it sounds as though I have a pelvic prolapse. After looking up other people's experience and symptoms I'm thinking this does sound right. I'm so upset about this and really scared. At the minute I feel like it's so uncomfortable to even walk so I'm so scared in absolutely ruined for life! Has anyone else experienced this?
