Mooncup filled twice in half an hour

Admittedly with two enormous clots. Before today I have griping stomach pains and the runs but the runs have gone. Ive got a dull ache in my lower back.

I usually take tranemaxic acid for heavy periods but I forgot to renew my prescription last month and it was OK last month. I wrongly thought I was cured but I have never been ill like this before with a period.

I really don't know what to do. Maybe I just have a bug? I feel totally wiped out.

see your GP and maybe ask about other treatment- the Pill, ablation, Mirena coil?

Didn’t want to read and run, don’t have much advice but would say if it feels unusual get it checked out ASAP.

The usual advice is if you are having to change a tampon more than hourly to seek medical advice. Sounds to me like a quick call to 111 might be a good idea.

You can buy tranemaxic acid in Boots over the counter- ask for it.
