I’m looking for any advice on treatment or being heard by gp with these symptoms.
Every month just before my period without fail I’m extremely physically fatigued, have joint pain, increased anxiety and depression and most debilitatingly every single month I get a respiratory infection which starts just before my period is due and can vary from a sniffle and feeling hot and nauseated to a full blown can’t get out of bed illness.
Does anyone experience this?
Has anyone found relief?
It’s ruining my life quite literally as half the month I’m ill and wiped out emotionally and physically. It’s taking a toll on my relationships and work.
I can’t carry on I need to find a solution
I eat a balanced diet, take vitamins done drink or smoke and exercise several times a week and am a healthy weight.
Any ideas v welcome xx
