Tubal ligation and pregnant??

I gave birth in July to my 4th, I still hadn't had a period, so I took a test on Oct 15th. It was positive 😳. So I got a blood test, and it was negative. Should I take another in a few days? What are my chances of having a normal pregnancy if it's positive again? Does anyone have any experience like this?! Help!!!

Hi I have also had tubal ligation 2 years ago now and I didn’t bleed at all for 6 months and then Iv had irregular cycles since, I know that you can get ovarian cysts and I also know that they can show a false positive on a pregnancy test. A blood test would show any pregnancy. As for pregnancy after tubal ligation there’s a very high risk for tubal pregnancy. Hope this helps
