Surgical Menopause - what to expect now?

Ovaries out last Friday expecting HRT that evening and I've now been told it might not be for 2 weeks

What symptoms should I expect (Night sweats?)

Can I do anything natural to alleviate any potential symptoms?

Even if I have to pay for it privately it makes more sense than taking medication I may not need

I'm a bit dry but I don't think I need full on HRT to deal with that
