Endometriosis support group

Hi, I thought it may be nice to an endo support group on MN. I'm due a laproscopy in a few weeks but have been suffering for over 10 years. Finally managed to get someone to take me seriously. Today I'm in alot of pain and feeling sorry myself. Also just been prescribe mefenamic acid :)

Hi I've just read your thread I'm really new to this but feeling really low at the minute I've suffered for 20 years since I was 18 now 38 same probs as you but in the last 12 month become really poorly gastro problems also I had laparoscopy 5 weeks ago and diagnosed endometriosis I felt so relieved that they actually found something as for many years doctors have told me there's been nothing wrong !!! I have pain daily and recently had Mirena coil removed after 5 weeks as it was making me feel so ill .. so feel like I'm back to square one don't really no anybody with the same things but think it's nice to no your not alone
