Prolapse

Hi ladies, my second LO has just turned 1. I had slight proplpse after my first LO ( who is 3) but now a year on after no.2 I have proplapse that is making me feel so ashamed and embarrassed. I know it sounds silly and selfish because it doesn’t hurt or cause me any discomfort at all so I should be relived about that. It’s just it really doesn’t feel or look very nice and makes me ashamed to be intimate with my partner. I do my pelvic floors all the time but there isn’t any improvement.

I just wanted to know if anyone had any success in improving prolapse with kegals and how long did it take?

Thanks all xxx
