Bloody discharge after BM?

Sorry if this is TMI but it's basically what's above... sometimes when I strain for a BM I have either a slightly pinky discharge or a few strands of blood in it... has anyone else had this? ATM I'm 10 days from my period but it's erratic so don't go by that xx

I have no medical training at all but I believe that kind of bleeding is always something to keep an eye on.

Could be anything from internal piles to well anything. Straining would make me think piles but do get checked
