On my last periods I had excessive bleeding which eventually stopped, but the pains never went away, sort of low level ever present discomfort. It suddenly became clear that i've had these pains to various degree for months - but ignored it.
I asked my gp for a referral to get checked up (i mean i had two kids and im in mid 40's) but they said no - they can only refer me after i get a vaginal scan done and that's now been booked in 5 week. Really?!
Starting to feel increasingly nervous so looking to get checks done privately.
Please share if you had similar experience and can personally recommend a good doctor?
