Hospital painkillers, peed twice all day now sudden UTI.

Dislocated knee today I was forced to hold pee in for ages during ambulance and peed In bed pan and I was in hospital all day due to pain meds made me very sick as the gave me to much morphine.
I barely drank , now I'm home and from first pee to second it was about 9 hours , now iilm suffering with cystitis,
I'm in tears,,, I've drunk cystitis relief powder and had sleep aid

Drink loads to flush yourself out and when you pee pour warm water down there as you do as it will relieve any stinging And for future reference the ambulance staff are used to people who have to pee themselves you should never feel embarrassed about having to do it. (I did when I hurt my back) they treated me with the utmost respect and care.
