So back in August I had a a really bad hacking cough i didn't see the doctor I just rode it out it lasted about 2 n half weeks fast forward to a week ago I develop a chest pain and lightheadedness it got so bad I rang 111 they called me a ambulance and I was checked over in hospital.... I had a chest X-ray a ECG all my vitals where checked everything seemed fine .... then the pain left but I'm light headed all the time .... iv racked my brain with what it could be (a sinus infection) maybe?? Since my bad cough my nose is always really dry and a tiny bit stuffy does anyone think that could be it? Another thing is like a idiot I wear headphones and had it quite loud do u think I could off damaged my ear? Docters are useless I have to wait 2 weeks for a appointment.... im 29 by the way if that makes a difference lol ... I just need a similar situation to put my mind at ease because all I can think off is I could have something serious
