Hey guys I’m 17, back when I was 14 I noticed that one side of my chest was more pronounced than the other, GP and X-rays found out that it was just I have extra bone growth (I have the same thing in my knee and heel). But now the lump suddenly feels more prominent. It’s hard and it starts on my Brestbone in the middle, and works it’s way across maybe 5cm onto my rib cage, so it’s an irregular shape, it’s not painful to touch but if I apply a lot of pressure to the area it hurts a small bit.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what it could be?

Also I don’t know if it’s related but I’ve had a cold for about 5 weeks now so don’t know if my immune system is down.
Also had Nexplanon fitted at the beginning of August I know it can make your boobs more sensitive, but I would expect it to create a lump, lump I’d very hard feels the same hardness as bone !
Thanks guys x
