9 months Postpartum hair loss?

My hair is still coming out in clumps 9 months after baby. Anyone else had this for so long? Getting worried now x

My son is now 15 months old and still experience lots of hair loss it's so frustrating. I have visited he doctors and had a blood test which came back as low iron and the doctors said that was the cause of my hair loss still.
