VERY Swollen breasts - HELP

Hi, 2 weeks before my period is due (hasn’t come yet) my breasts became extremely painful and swollen for 3-4 days. I had unprotected sex just over a week prior to that. My breasts usually feel sore/heavy a week before my period, but never this early or painful and swollen. Could this be an EXTRA early pregnancy symptom? Or just a really weird month for PMS.

(I haven’t taken a preg test yet as my period is due in 3 days so waiting a few days!)

Yes if you had unprotected sex at around the time you ovulated and your boobs feel different to normal PMS, then this is definitely a symptom.
