Spots on boob (pic- sorry)

I've had this spot for a while. Massively itchy, bleeds if scratched. Doctor wasn't worried and prescribed steroid cream that hasn't helped.

Being investigated for menopause (at 29 Blush) and didn't know if it's something to do with it?

What could it be? Worth another dr trip?

I had this - it was eczema brought on by an allergy to a shower gel I was using.

Oh less scary than what I was imagining! Just on the one boob? I switch shower products up so narrowing it down could be fun!
