What could this be!

Been having various things going on- vaginal dryness, unable to orgasm, peeing constantly, stomach and back pain, constant pregnancy symptoms, fatigue- for a while.
It's not time for my smear so was referred to colposcopy. They couldn't see any CIN (had CIN3 removed a few years ago) but wanted to biopsy something. They couldn't get it in though due to end of my period.
I've been referred for scans and a consultant appointment in 2 weeks and I'm bricking it.

Any ideas what could be going on please?

Context- 29. Relatively healthy. Vaginal swabs were fine!
