Smear test results

Went for a routine smear 4 weeks ago and just remembered I handnt had a letter with results her. Called GP office and told results are back, the result is recall and I need to ca tomorrow afternoon to talk to the Dr. Am now worried as been having terrible bleeding non stop, have a scan Sunday to investigate. Anyone have any experience of what a recall is? Thanks

I had a recall with my first smear and it was just because the amount of cells was insufficient, Everett was fine the second time around.
Hopefully it's similar for you, I'll keep my fingers crossed x
