Would you have this laparoscopy?

I've always thought I had endo as 10 years ago when I was on my period I had sharp pains when having bowel movement but that hasn't happened in 10 years.
My periods are mostly every 29 days.
I have pain first /second day but it's not bad.
I normally take painkillers and it goes away.
In my head I'm convinced it's endo and blocking my Fallopian tubes.
I had a ultrasound which was fine but smears are excruciating.
Should I have this lap?

Yes I would have the surgery. Cyclical pain that gets worse up to and including menses should be checked further to see if endometriosis is present.

Its not detected on internal ultrasound scans (and I have had a fair number of those). My endometriosis (and it was extensive throughout my uterine cavity) was only seen during the laparoscopic type surgery.
