I've been on implant a year now & I had no period till about 9 months in. Ever since they've been mostly really heavy & been clotting until a few days before I come off. Can anyone suggest anything to help as I feel proper rubbish & overly tired. I do have cramps thought the month that stops me in my tracks thank u
