13 weeks pregnant with very frequent Urine infection

Hi,
I am 13 weeks pregnant, since I became pregnant this is second time I am having urine infection. I had it when I was 4 weeks and again now I am having it. I am doing all my best to stay hygiene, don't know the reason why I am getting it very frequent.
Is it normal in pregnancy to catch this infection very frequently? Will it harm baby? I am taking antibiotics now.

As long as the Dr who prescribed the antibiotics knows that you are PG, you should be fine. I’ve heard that drinking Cranberry juice can help with UTIs too.
