Does anyone have experience of using these together? I have an IUD and I want to get a menstrual cup but i'm scared abojt potentially pulling it out during insertion/removal. I've been researching online & half the internet says it's absolutely fine (conveniently that tends to be the opinion on most sites) and the other half is full of people saying their IUD got sucked out by their cup.
Please tell me your experiences! Also which brand you use.
