Changing from Loestrin to Cilest

Hello - I am about a week into my 5th month of Loestrin 20 and still having lots of breakthrough bleeding and bad skin etc. Saw the nurse today and they've changed me to Cilest but forgot to ask about when I change. Do I just stop the Loestrin and start on the new pill and have my break at the end of the first pack? Or finish the month on Loestrin then have my week off then start the new type of pill?

Any advice welcome. Thanks ladies x

I’ve switched a lot and I would just finish the pack of Loestrin, have your week off then switch to cilest. You could always give the nurse a ring for advise but this is what I would do
