Is it possible to get a cervical smear at age 24 if you have lichen sclerosus? Given the increased chance of various cancers?

Or is this something that needn't be worried about yet?

Hi, it's no a reason to have early or more frequent screening, as it's not associated with an increased risk of cervical cancer. Labs aren't allowed to process early or frequent samples.
You'll be called at 24½ so haven't got long before you're due for a test.
