Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this but I need some advice. I am early in pregnancy (circa 5 weeks) and I have had bleeding similar to a light period for a few days. It started brown and has gone red, but it is so variable from light to heavier to red to brown. The EPU didn't really tell me anything and said it can be normal but might be a sign my pregnancy is not developing and may lead to miscarriage. No cramps or sickness, feel otherwise fine. I had a hot bath before the red bleeding started (didn't know not to at the time). Has anyone else had this experience?
Also should I be on bed rest? I work as a waitress and I am fairly active. Worried I will make it worse!
