First ever Irregular period

Does anyone know if my period was on time then i had light bleeding again 11 days after do i track my next period from first flow or second ?? My flow has always been on time to this irregular has confused me on how to track my next

I think bleeding between periods needs to be checked out.

I think it could have been stress had a lot going on but i just dunno how to track it now as in from my first or second
