Can I prevent thrush - whilst taking antibiotics?

I've just been given a weeks worth of antibiotics. I haven't had them for years but from experience I know I will probably get thrush. Any ideas how to prevent it? Especially in this heat.

Take probiotics to reduce the damage to the insides. Optibac are good
